We accept returns/exchanges for the following reasons:
Boots are the incorrect size. Boots must be clean/dry and unused to qualify for size exchange. So do not use the boots if they are the wrong size. We will accept heat-molded boots for exchanges, but only if you don't actually take them outside and use them.
Customers returning boots for size issues will pay for the return carriage to our warehouse and Solite Innovations Europe Ltd will pay the carriage to send back out the new size to the customer.
Please note: If your boots feel small out of the box, heat mold them before you request a return or exchange for a bigger size. Quite often the heat molding process will expand to fit perfectly. Note molding process can be done multiple times.
Warranty Repair or Exchange: We have a 90-day warranty on all products. If you have a warranty claim, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or ring +44 (0) 7775 506605 with the details, a picture and your order number.
Other Reasons: If you want to return/exchange for any other reason, again email email@example.com or ring +44 (0) 7775 506605 and we will respond with a decision and next steps.
Once returned product has been received, refunds will take between 5-7 working days.
Sale Items (if applicable). Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
