Welcome to our Returns Page.
We accept returns and exchanges within a 14-day period starting from the delivery date.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the boots must be in it's original packaging, clean, dry, and unused.Please ensure they remain in their original condition and are not used.
Customers returning boots will pay for the return carriage to our warehouse and Solite Europe / Surfcloud will pay the carriage to send back out the new size to the customer.
Warranty Repair: We have a 90-day warranty on all products. If you have a warranty claim, please email euinfo@soliteboots.com or call +351 21 099 8837 with the details, a picture and your order number.
Other Reasons: If you want to return/exchange for any other reason, again email euinfo@soliteboots.com or ring call +351 21 099 8837 and we will respond with a decision and next steps.
Once returned product has been received, refunds will take between 5-7 working days.
Sale Items (if applicable). Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
